Our aim is to make trading with 2012 Ltd as efficient as possible. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you have further queries or questions.

How do I   open a trade account?

Please contact us via our contact us page with information about your business and the brand(s) you wish to stock. We will then send you our new customer set up form, order form, brand info and Terms & Conditions of trade.  

What is the minimum opening order value?

The minimum opening order value is £500, which you can mix & match across all our brands.

What is your carriage paid value?

P&P of £9.99 is applicable to orders under the value of £450 for UK mainland; over this amount carriage is paid.  For ROI & N. Ireland £17.99 is applicable to orders below £450.

What is your minimum re-order value?

We make re-ordering easy and will accept orders over £150, which you can mix across all our brands.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders received by noon, in most cases, will be delivered the next working day.

Do you offer a drop-ship service?

No, we don’t currently offer drop shipping. Most of our customers find ordering really easy and quick as we have so many products to choose from with only a £150 order minimum and fast next day delivery.

How do I get images and videos for my website?

Once you become an authorised stockist, we will provide you with a link to the image gallery of your chosen brand(s), where you can find image & video download resources.

Do you supply brochures or point of sale materials?

We do have marketing material available but the offering varies by brand. For example we have leaflets, display stands, posters etc, which we can provide FOC for the relevant brand(s).

How do I get listed as a stockist?

Once you complete our new customer forms & place your first order we will automatically add you to our “Where to Buy” section on relevant brand websites, (where applicable). We will also promote you across our social media platforms.

How can I get featured in your social media?

We run various social media accounts for our brands on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest. We love to talk about our stockists and feature them as much as possible. We also offer stockist spotlights and other social media promotions, which we encourage our stockists to take part in. 

How often do you launch new brands?

We are always on the lookout for great products and encourage brands to get in touch if they’d like to work with us.
