how to swaddle in 4 simple steps:

1. Lay your newborn swaddle blanket like a diamond and fold down the top corner. Place baby on his back with neck on the fold.

Tip: Ensure baby’s hips and knees are in a frog-like position. Do not overextend baby’s joints.

2. Lay baby’s right arm alongside his body. Pull the left corner of the swaddle over baby and tuck it snugly under his back.

3. Pull the bottom corner of the swaddle up and tuck it into the top of the swaddle.
